"Glass is a fascinating material which has been part of our whole life, and still does not cease to amaze us with its fragile and unique beauty. We love creating personal and original designs. We see to process of our art works from the beginning to the end; we respect the quality of every individual part and often ourselves refine the glass with our own skills and hands." 

Jitka Skuhrava is a graduate of Academy of Art, Architecture and Design in Prague (Professor V. Kopecky’s studio). 

Since 2007 she has been designing lighting installations for architecture. Before that, she completed the study of glass crafts, graduated from engraving and glass cutting. Her work is characterized by an organic design and a varied spectrum of glassmaking techniques typical for Czech art glass.
